In 2025, the Oniverse Group recorded significant growth, driven in particular by its international expansion. Alongside its leading brands, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Iuman (formerly Intimissimi Uomo), Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and Antonio Marras, the group has also strengthened its presence in the food & beverage and nautical sectors, following a targeted diversification strategy.
For the year 2025, the Oniverse Group reported a turnover of €3.7 billion, marking an increase of 4.8% at current exchange rates and 5.1% at constant exchange rates compared to €3.5 billion in 2024. Growth was primarily driven by international markets, which contributed €2.3 billion, representing more than 60% of total revenue.
In 2025, the Oniverse Group invested over €350 million to develop its operations, focusing on retail, logistics, digital innovation, and industrial strengthening. By the end of the year, the commercial network included 5,538 points of sale, of which 3,650 were abroad and 1,888 in Italy. New openings were primarily in Mexico, the United States, and Turkey, considered strategic markets for future growth. Present in 59 countries, the group aims to consolidate its leadership in key European markets while continuing its expansion into selected non-European markets.
In 2025, the Oniverse Group strengthened its presence in the food and wine sector, where it operates through Signorvino and Oniwines. Among the main initiatives was the acquisition of the Pico Maccario winery in Mombaruzzo (Asti), which reinforces the group’s position in Monferrato and within the Piedmontese wine market. In the same year, the Ert1050 winery was inaugurated, dedicated to the production of Trentodoc within the Monte Baldo Park.
In the nautical sector, the Oniverse Group, through Cantiere del Pardo, completed the design of a new production site in Forlì and a modern seafront hub in Marina di Ravenna, intended to support the future development of the industrial complex.
