Dodo Srl, an Italian company with over three decades of experience in environmental hygiene, has officially joined the multinational French group Elis. The European leader has acquired 100% of the corporate shares previously held by the founder and sole administrator, Marco Santini. The completion of this acquisition has led to an immediate restructuring of the company’s governance.
Leadership has been entrusted to a new administrator, Mario Viscardi, who is tasked with guiding the firm through this phase of industrial development. The objective is to ensure operational continuity for existing clients while integrating the company’s specific technical know-how into Elis’s vast European network. For the French corporation, this transaction represents a step in consolidating its presence within the Italian market for hygiene and professional services.
From a legal and financial perspective, the merger and acquisition process was managed by specialized consultancy teams. Bacciardi Partners provided multidisciplinary support to the seller through their regional offices, while the Sani Zangrando law firm handled the legal aspects for the buyer. This synergy ensures that Dodo Srl enters its new chapter with industrial stability and the backing of a global leader, promising a future of technological growth and expanded service capabilities within the broader framework of the multinational organization.
