Intesa Sanpaolo‘s International Banks Division has inaugurated its first dedicated ELITE Lounge, an initiative aimed at bolstering the expansion of its client companies across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The project is a collaboration with ELITE, the ecosystem established by Euronext to assist businesses in scaling up and gaining access to both private and public capital markets.
The new ELITE Lounge, resulting from a strategic alliance between Intesa Sanpaolo’s Territorial Bank Division and ELITE, will enroll a select cohort of CEE firms in specialized high-level training and development programs. The primary goals are to solidify the participants’ organizational advancement, enhance their expertise, and champion modern concepts related to sustainability, global reach, leadership structures, and corporate strategy.
The program is further enriched by the expertise of both Italian and international business consultants. It provides a unique opportunity for participant companies to integrate into a wide European network comprising entrepreneurs, senior executives, and both private and institutional investors.
This launch represents a new chapter in the successful seven-year collaboration between Intesa Sanpaolo and ELITE, during which they have already established 24 Lounges, benefiting over 480 Italian enterprises. These companies have successfully leveraged the partnership to open their capital to new investors, execute mergers, and finalize acquisitions, all aimed at consolidation and expansion. Furthermore, 25 of these businesses have successfully issued structured debt through the Basket Bond mechanism, collectively raising €160 million.
