Italian scaleup BizAway has secured a top spot in this year’s FT1000 ranking by the Financial Times and Statista, listing the 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe. Climbing from 216th place last year to 29th in 2025, BizAway also maintains its No. 1 position in the Hospitality & Travel sector for the fourth consecutive year, boasting a 237.1% compound annual growth rate from 2020 to 2023.
CEO Luca Carlucci attributes this success to a strong balance between digital innovation and outstanding customer service, where a dedicated team of professionals has been instrumental in continuously refining the company’s strategy to meet the industry’s changing demands.
BizAway’s rapid growth is reflected also in its expanding workforce. The company increased its staff from 47 to 237 employees between 2020 and 2023 and now operates eight offices: seven across Europe and one in Dubai, launched in 2023.
