With revenues reaching \u20ac7.1 billion in 2025, the company is now aiming to nearly double its size by 2035 while positioning itself at the forefront of the global energy transition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We want to be protagonists of the new era of energy and materials, just as Montecatini once was<\/em>\u201d, he said, emphasizing the company\u2019s ambition to become a catalyst for technology and talent across the industrial landscape. The strategy reflects MAIRE\u2019s intention to expand across multiple segments, including new fuels, circular hydrogen, fertilizers, decarbonization processes, LNG solutions, mining, and even nuclear technologies. At its Capital Markets Day in Milan, the group presented an upgraded long-term plan targeting more than \u20ac13 billion in revenues by 2035, alongside an EBITDA margin of 10\u201311%. The company also expects to invest between \u20ac1.2 and \u20ac1.4 billion, including acquisitions, while maintaining a strong financial structure with projected net cash of around \u20ac2.1 billion. CEO Alessandro Bernini highlighted the favourable global context supporting this growth trajectory, particularly in emerging markets. \u201c<em>The energy system is expanding rapidly, especially in the Global South, where gas monetization and transition solutions will continue to play a key role<\/em>\u201d, he said. MAIRE\u2019s 2025 results exceeded expectations across all major metrics. Revenues rose by 20.3% to \u20ac7.1 billion, EBITDA increased by 29.4% to \u20ac500.1 million, and net profit climbed 33.9% to \u20ac284.5 million, the highest margin ever recorded by the group. The order backlog also reached a strong \u20ac12.7 billion. The board has proposed a dividend of \u20ac0.585 per share, up 64.3% from the previous year, signalling confidence in continued growth. The company expects this trend to continue into 2027, with revenues projected between \u20ac7.5 and \u20ac7.7 billion and new orders around \u20ac9 billion. A key driver of MAIRE\u2019s future strategy is NEXTCHEM, its division dedicated to technology and innovation, which focuses on the energy transition and green chemistry solutions. The subsidiary is now considering a potential IPO and has attracted growing interest from investors. <strong>Fabrizio Di Amato<\/strong> confirmed that the group may also open its capital to minority shareholders, provided valuations are attractive.<\/p>\n<p>NEXTCHEM has already secured major contracts worth \u20ac485 million in North Africa through its subsidiaries, contributing to its rapid growth.
